Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern keywordintelligence.dev, the Keyword Intelligence launch waitlist, the authenticated Keyword Intelligence portal, and workspace features provided by emonster, inc. ("emonster", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement and are not prohibited from using it under applicable law. If you use Keyword Intelligence for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and agree to these Terms on its behalf.
Accounts and current access
Access to the authenticated portal is currently limited to verified Google accounts on the exact emonster.com domain. Google and Firebase manage the sign-in flow; Keyword Intelligence does not issue a separate password.
You are responsible for using an identity and workspace you are authorized to access, maintaining the security of your Google account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Authorized workspace use
Use Keyword Intelligence only for lawful purposes and for information you are authorized to provide or manage. The backend resolves workspace ownership; a value supplied by a browser does not grant access.
You are responsible for the app identifiers, display names, keywords, storefronts, and preferences you submit. A saved app context does not establish ownership of an App Store listing.
Current service and planned capabilities
The current service provides a launch waitlist and an internal authenticated workspace for managing app contexts, keywords, storefronts, and account preferences. Provider validation, market-data collection, scoring, history, public MCP access, and paid checkout are not yet enabled. Planned capabilities on the public site do not represent current availability.
Keyword Intelligence does not currently accept App Store Connect credentials. Apple does not sponsor or operate Keyword Intelligence.
Research data and modeled scores
Research workflows display unavailable states until validated observations and scoring models exist. As these capabilities are introduced, observed market data and modeled estimates must be distinguished, with their source, storefront, freshness, and limitations. Keyword Intelligence does not promise exact organic installs per keyword or a guaranteed ranking.
Keyword research supports your assessment of opportunities. Verify material decisions against available evidence and your own requirements.
Waitlist and operational email
Joining the waitlist requests a signup acknowledgement and launch notification. Keyword Intelligence records the signup and sends an internal notification to support waitlist operations. Product news and offers and optional waitlist analytics are separate, optional choices; accepting these Terms does not opt you into either. The Privacy Policy explains these choices, withdrawal, and privacy requests.
Keyword notification preferences can be saved, but recurring keyword email is not enabled. Resend delivery-status events can update waitlist email state and suppress further delivery after a bounce or complaint.
Acceptable use
- Do not access or attempt to access another workspace or another user's data without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, introduce malicious code, overload an endpoint, scrape or harvest without permission, or use Keyword Intelligence for spam or unlawful communications.
- Do not submit content or personal information in a way that violates law, contract, privacy, intellectual-property, or other third-party rights.
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Keyword Intelligence except where applicable law prohibits that restriction or emonster gives written permission.
Data responsibility, intellectual property, and feedback
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the app contexts, keywords, workspace settings, and other information you submit. Keyword Intelligence handles that information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its website, software, designs, text, graphics, code, product name, logos, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by emonster or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions about Keyword Intelligence, you grant emonster a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Third-party services
Keyword Intelligence depends on third-party services including Google, Firebase, Apple, Resend, and IPinfo. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. emonster is not responsible for third-party services or their content, policies, availability, or practices.
Pricing and billing
Keyword Intelligence's public pricing page is informational. Keyword Intelligence does not currently provide online checkout, automated paid-subscription activation, or customer billing through the Service. Viewing pricing information or using the authenticated portal does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
Any paid access offered by emonster requires a separate written agreement or other expressly accepted transaction terms. Those terms will control pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for that transaction.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, emonster disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, emonster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. emonster's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to emonster for the applicable Service in the three months before the claim or USD $100.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless emonster and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, information or content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to all or part of the Service at any time, including to address misuse, security risk, unauthorized access, legal requirements, or service integrity.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement with emonster states otherwise.
